About Hyde Beach House

Located at 4010 S Ocean Dr, Hollywood, FL 33019, Hyde Beach House operates as a tennis resort serving Hollywood in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.

My wife and I stayed at the HYDE in June of 2026 and had the best experience ever. Nadine was very polite, friendly, and provided such a fast and easy process to check in. Whenever we had questions she was ready to assist. The hotel over all was super clean, the pool area was always clean and sharp, resort itself was amazing. Staff are very friendly, housekeeping always making sure everyone is happy. I highly recommend staying at this resort

We had a very mixed experience at Hyde Beach House. On Friday evening, we checked into a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was also 81°F, and to make matters worse, the phones didn't work, so we couldn't even call the front desk. We went downstairs, the 2 front desk ladies reluctantly put an ozone machine in the room, turned the A/C down, and said they would have maintenance fix the phones. After being away for about three hours at dinner, we returned expecting the issues to be resolved. Instead, the room was now 82°F. When I went back to the front desk, I was simply told there was nothing they could do with so much attitude. We ended up spending the entire night sweating in an uncomfortably hot room. The bright spot of our stay was Eli, the manager, and Stan, both were awesome. Once they became involved, they handled the situation professionally. They moved us to a new room and also provided us with a pool cabana, which helped make up for the poor first night. Their customer service was excellent and is the reason I'm not giving an even lower rating. The property itself has a lot of potential, but having a room that smells like smoke, broken phones, and an A/C system t

We came to Hyde beach house for 2 nights. We were celebrating our mom s birthday and they made it so special with thier gesture as we checked into the room!! A beautiful card wishing her, some nice cookies and a bottle of wine. It was beautifully done and we appreciate it! Additionally - the room was on 40th floor, we got such a beautiful corner view property! And it’s been a great high of our trip! They have great amenities and the location is a double plus++!! I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great location and service! We appreciate the staff as well who has been very generous and helpful!

The Hyde Beach houses is a great place. We stayed on the 34th floor. The view is breath taking all hours of the day. There are 2 pools. One on the first floor with the view of the lake, more quiet and less busy. The other pool is on the 6th floor with partial view of the ocean. A bar and a big area for kids to play. The building is very well equipped and maintained and always smell good. There is ice water available in different areas which is very convenient. We took a 3 bed 2 bath apartment and it was great. The maintenance crew were also great and ready to help with whatever we needed. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because our fridge had some issues. Other than that this place is highly recommended 🩷
